IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

We have a minimum order value of £50.00, excluding delivery and deposit

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Easy! Just call us or email us, let us know what you're thinking for your big day - arrange to come and view the ranges if you fancy, and we'll put together a quotation for you. Once you're happy with that, let us know and we'll take payment.

 

IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

Yes. This will be agreed with you before we take any payments from you. It is refunded immediately provided the items are returned undamaged and on time, in the original undamaged packaging.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We'd urge you to reserve your items as early as possible. In the summer months, particyularly at weekends, we're in very high demand!

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

if you change your mind, or the event gets cancelled, don't worry. As long as we get plenty of notice (28 days minimum), a full refund will be issued.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

Our 01789 616105 number is available to you 24/7 - when we're not in the office it diverts to one of our mobiles.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Payment is with order, via bank transfer or cash. We're currently not able to process debit or credit card payments.
